At this wisdom talk, we will explore the theme of Inner growth and Development. We develop our whole life, and it doesn‘t matter, if we love or we hate this, if we seek or we avoid this.
At the wisdom talk, I will explore what terrains and borders you may face during this fabulous journey. I will make a vivid overview of the roadmap to personal development. You will identify your current state of maturity, following scientifically proven constructive development models. I will present which practices may help you to uplift and to transform your mindset avoiding significant loss and pains.
However, inner growth does not guarantee us pure joy and freedom. At every stage of our maturity, we create the light side, as well the dark side of our personalities. To notice failures of the inner growth is even more worthwhile than focusing on achievements. Failures whisper us about the next step of development, about our inner cave, where treasures and dragons shade our true self.
We will practice ego-confusing practices, which, I hope, will allow you to embrace your true self. I sincerely hope that you will share and discuss the developmental gifts and insights, which the current great uncertainty of COVID contributed to you.
Irena Pranskevičiūtė
Irena is a transformative coach, passionate about co-creation of transformative moments, which leads to developing insights, self-discovery, and mind-shift. Irena works with individuals, teams, communities, organizations and larger systems, helping them to evolve. She is a research practitioner in economics, with a special focus on the novel governance structures, open democracy and collaboration, involved into various European Commission and international studies. Irena facilitates organizations in developing inclusive, collaborative management structures and ecosystems. Her clients are state institutions, business, third sector organizations, and networks.
Irena holds a MSc from Stockholm School of Economics and a Ph.D. in economics from Vilnius Gediminas Technology University. Irena is authorized consultant for the GLP (Global Leadership Profile), authorized trainer at Structogram®, (structural analysis), a practitioner of Integrative Bodywork & Movement Therapy (IBMT) based on principles of Body-Mind Centering®, Authentic Movement, and Somatic Psychology.
